DESCRIPTION:
A new 12,000 SF corporate office for a software development company. The design intent was to express the advanced technology of the business with the use of exposed structure and large expanse of glass while still employing traditional materials such as brick that would be compatible with the location.

GRANDOVER OFFICE BUILDING

CLIENT: KOURY CORPORATION

DESCRIPTION:
This projects sits on the fifteenth fairway on the east course at Grandover Resort. The design was derived from the “Old European” resort theme. This structure is one of the largest amongst a cluster of office buildings of similar design.

SPECIFICATIONS:
- 50,000 square feet
- Three Story
- Steel frame with synthetic stucco and stone
