DESCRIPTION:
A two-story office building located within a theater and retail complex also designed by Bradley & Ball Architects. The design uses two contrasting brick veneer colors and generous windows. The building serves as the corporate headquarters for Blue Ridge Companies.

DESCRIPTION:
The project is located adjacent to single and multi-family neighborhoods. The design concept was to establish a scale and massing that was compatible with these surroundings. This was achieved by the use of similar materials and diminishing the mass with roof breaks and setbacks.
